Jim and Tammy Luer of Oakville announce the birth of their fifth child, Kaitlin Elizabeth Luer, 20 inches, 8 pounds, 6 ounces. She was born Feb. 28 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield.
Elder children include Patrick, 20; Eryn, 14; and twins, Clayton, 7; and Brandon, 7.
Maternal grandparents are Gary and Doris Voelker or Altenburg.
