Lucille Bunch Schwarz, 93, died Oct. 15.
Born in Prairie du Rocher, Ill., she resided in St. Louis for 86 years. Her last employment was with the Neighborhood Link News, where she worked until retiring.
Mrs. Schwarz was a member of the Immaculate Conception Mothers Club and the St. Francis de Sales Ladies Sodality. She was a past president of the Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Women.
She was married to Joseph Schwarz for 34 years, from 1941 until his death in 1975.
Survivors include her sons, James (Jeanette Auer) Schwarz and Thomas (Sally Wagner) Schwarz; daughters and sons-in-law, Suzanne and William Meiner and Margaret and John Cosgrove; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services were at Assumption Catholic Church. Mrs. Schwarzs body was donated to St. Louis University. After Mass, an Irish wake took place in celebration of her life.
