Lindbergh student and leukemia survivor throws first pitch for Cards

Kennerly Elementary School second-grader Campbell Crask recently had a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to throw an honorary first pitch for the St. Louis Cardinals. Campbell is a leukemia survivor and a patient at the David C. Pratt Cancer Center at Mercy Hospital. She was one of nine children chosen by their clinics to participate in the Major League Baseball Kids Starting Lineup program, a leaguewide effort to raise awareness of pediatric cancer. Campbell celebrates her Cardinals experience with her father, Zach Crask, brother Adler Crask and mom, Tannin Crask, not pictured.
