Lindbergh High School band members recently raised $3,226 for childhood cancer research during the second annual 36-hour ‘Musicthon’ event. Students signed up for 72 half-hour slots and shared their musical talents to honor a young band buddy who passed away in 2014 following a brave battle with cancer. All proceeds were donated to Alex’s Lemonade Stand.
