Many dogs were wagging their tails with delight this holiday season thanks, in part, to Truman and Sperreng middle schools’ Interact Club.

Students sold out of homemade dog biscuits and handmade pet toys at the Rotary Craft fair in November, raising $1,002.75 for Crestwood’s Friends of Animals Fund. The fund provides veterinary care for injured wildlife and impounded animals and covers vaccination costs and neutering procedures.
