Lindbergh High School class of 2015 graduate Maura Higgins recently received the Crestwood-Sunset Hills Area Chamber of Commerce’s Dr. James A. Sandfort Scholarship for her outstanding academic and volunteer achievements. Retired Lindbergh High teacher and chamber member Nancy Benson presented the award to Higgins, who plans to attend the University of Missouri-Columbia this fall and major in chemical engineering.
