Lindbergh High School 2005 graduate Samantha Faerber was recently named to the St. Louis Business Journal’s 30 Under 30 list for local business leaders.

Faerber, 28, is director of property management for the Lawrence Group. The Business Journal’s profile, in part, states:

“In 2008, I made a daring decision to pursue my career versus a conventional degree. Not knowing where this untraditional choice would lead me, I immersed myself in accumulating both real world training and the professional accreditations in real estate management. Through my dedication to gaining hands-on experience, I have proven that success is merely a derivative of determination …

“I am responsible for the overall management of assets totaling more than $150 million. Over the course of my career, I have had a direct impact on over 2,760 tenants, co-workers and vendors and cultivated a St. Louis Apartment Association award-winning staff.”
