The Lindbergh Spirit of St. Louis Marching Band recently placed first in class at the Fort Zumwalt North River City Showcase preliminary competition, above, and received caption awards for Outstanding Music, Outstanding Visual and Outstanding Effect. The band placed third overall for its show, ‘The Color of Imagine.’
Lindbergh’s band also placed 30th out of 66 bands with a fantastic performance in the recent Bands of America-St. Louis Super Regional Competition. The St. Louis Marching Band will head to Pasadena, Calif., to perform in the 2018 Tournament of Roses Parade Jan. 1. To learn more, visit www.helpLHSband.org.
