Tom and Necia Lillard of Oakville announce the birth of their second child, Isaac Joseph, 20 inches, 7 pounds, 2 ounces. He was born June 27 at St. Luke’s Hospital.
Elder child is Na-than, 20 months.
Maternal grandparents are Mary Ann Woods and Don Woods of St. Louis.
Paternal grandparents are Sharon and Rick Lillard of Fenton.
