Christy Hessel’s recent letter to the editor is in jest.
The Great Society is working just great. She claims the Affordable Care Act is making people lose jobs. She claims she is paying some new tax, which is not likely since she for sure is not up in the big bucks.
Corporate taxes did not send one job overseas. Low wages and greed sent them overseas. Nearly everything she says is the word “could.” The word could holds no weight in court.
But I’m bold enough to say that the Affordable Care Act would create jobs and it’s good for the country. I think we are on the right path. I’m positive on America. That is what the stock market is telling me. I think it’s the fifth inning of a 12-inning game, and she thinks it’s game over.
