Brian and Liz LaFlamme announce the birth of their second child, Rich-ard Joseph, 23 inches, 9 pounds, 8 ounces. He was born May 2 at St. John’s Mercy Medi-cal Center.
Elder child is Kate, 2.
Maternal grandparents are Herb and MaryKay Thrower of Affton.
Paternal grandparents are Debbie La-Flamme of Mehlville and Gary La-Flamme of Treasure Island, Fla.
