Kiwanis Club honors Outstanding Student

The Kiwanis Club of South County recently honored Abigail Sutter of St. Mark Catholic School as its Outstanding Student of the Month. Abigail was honored for her outstanding academic performance, community activities and the service and leadership she performs at her school and in the community.

She received a certificate of recognition, a gift card to a local store and a gift card to the South Lindbergh Dairy Queen. Abigail is shown with Kiwanis Club President Ed Kurmann and her mother, Ann Sutter.

She was honored for her outstanding academic performance, community activities and the service and leadership she performs at her school and in the community. Kiwanis Club honors Outstanding Student

The Kiwanis Club of Crestwood-Sunset Hills recently honored Ashley Harbaugh as its Student of the Month. Harbaugh, a Lindbergh High School senior, was honored because her hard work, reliability and leadership help her stand out as a role model to other students. She is a member of the cross country, soccer and basketball teams. She is a member of Try Putting Off Drinking, a group of students who make peer presentations about the effects of alcohol. Harbaugh has a passion and desire to become a nurse and plans to attend the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
