Capt. Dan Rosenthal of the Mehlville Fire Protection District recently was honored as Officer of the Quarter by the Kiwanis Club of South County. He was selected for the honor on the basis of his longtime service to the community and the outstanding work he does with Strike Team 3 and the district’s Boat and Rope teams.
