Crystal Elaine Kelly and Nicholas Stephen Licari were married March 16 at the Stratosphere Hotel in Las Vegas, Nev., during a ceremony attended by immediate family.
The bride is the daughter of Doug and Letha Martin of Mountain Home, Ark.
The groom is the son of Connie and Greg Brown of Oakville and Steve and Dana Licari of Oakville.
She is an ultrasound technician student at St. Louis Community College-Forest Park and will graduate in December.
He is an electrician for Local 1 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
A dinner reception took place in April at the Local 1 union hall in St. Louis.
The couple reside in south county with their 2-year-old daughter Hayley.
