Tim and Ginny Kappel are pleased to announce the birth of their second child, a boy named Andrew Timothy Kappel (Drew).

Drew was born May 28 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, Florida.

He weighed 8 pounds, 10 ounces and measured 21 inches long.

Big brother Will is 3 years old.

Maternal grandparent is Kelly DeClue of Oakville, and paternal grandparents are Dr. Bill and Patti Kappel of Oakville.
