The Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site, a unit of the National Park Service, will offer two free children’s programs Saturday, June 14.
The programs will be offered from 10:30 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 2:30 p.m.
Junior Ranger Day includes a variety of fun-filled activities for children ages 5 to 11 in which they can learn about the life and legacy of Ulysses S. Grant, explore a local historic treasure, and earn their status as a Junior Ranger — as well an authentic Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site Junior Ranger badge.
