Lindy Smith, daughter of Sam and Margie Smith of Oakville, and Brent Eggers, son of Robert and Molly Eggers of Oakville, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Smith of St. Louis is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, where she earned a degree in elementary education with an emphasis in special education. She is employed by the Special School District of St. Louis.
Her fiancé, Eggers, is a graduate of Central Missouri State University, where he earned a bachelor of science in business administration degree in finance and is employed by Nestle Purina of St. Louis.
The couple plan a July 25 wedding at the Jewel Box in St. Louis.
