Born in St. Louis, Mrs. Bauwens resided in St. Louis.
Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, John and Kathy Bauwens, Ron and Linda Bauwens and Bob and Ann Bauwens; and daughter and son-in-law, Patty and John Conroy.
Mrs. Bauwens was preceded in death by her husband, Philip J. Bauwens Jr., and son, Tom Bauwens.
Services and visitation were at John L. Ziegenhein and Sons, south county. Burial was in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
