Talisa Jasper, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Glen Jasper of New Haven, and Dallas Matter, son of Steve and Pam Matter of St. Louis, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Jasper is a graduate of Washington High School and of Maryville University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2010. She currently is pursuing a master’s degree in business and is employed by Boeing.
Her fiance, Matter, graduated from St. John High School in Gulfport, Miss. He attended Jefferson Davis Community College in Gulfport, Miss., and is employed as a manager at Lowe’s.
The couple plan a September wedding.
