Howards have boy
Dennis and Pa-trice Howard of St. Louis announce the birth of their third child, Brett Michael, 7 pounds, 5 ounces. He was born Nov. 14 at St. Luke’s Hos-pital.
Elder children in-clude Nicholas, 6, and Justin, 2*.
Maternal grandparents are Anthony and Diana Bieg of St. Louis.
Paternal grandparents are Randy Howard of St. Louis and Marianne Bergsieker of Columbia, Ill.
