To the editor:
Regarding the proposed 21Bauer 232-unit apartment complex at Tesson Ferry and Bauer roads, 6th District Democratic County Council candidate Pat Yaeger was quoted by the Call as saying, “I think it would be disrespectful to him (6th District Councilman Kevin O’Leary, D-Oakville) and the rest of the council if I came jumping in with my Monday morning quarterback position.”
News flash Pat, it’s the fourth quarter on Sunday, not Monday.
The people of south county need to be effectively represented.
Is it really about respect for the council or is it more about the thousands of dollars that J.H. Berra Construction Co. Inc. has already contributed to your campaign war chest that has you so quiet and respectful? The last thing south county needs is for “Lapdog” O’Leary to be followed by “Rubber-Stamp” Yaeger.
