A holiday food drive will be sponsored by the Mehlville Fire Protection District from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, at Engine House No. 5, 11020 Mueller Road.
Canned foods and donations will be accepted through Dec. 20 for Feed My People to help those in need during the holiday season.
On Dec. 9, children can meet Santa and have their photograph taken. Firefighters and paramedics also will be available for photos and will teach children about fire safety. Educational materials will be distributed.
Parents also may bring their own camera to take additional pictures of children.
