David and Barbara (nee Heil) Hartley of Sunset Hills announce the birth of their daughter, Elizabeth Grace, 20½ inches, 7 pounds, 15 ounces. She was born March 12 at Missouri Baptist Hospital.
Elder children include Jonathan and Catherine.
Maternal grandparents are Judy Heil of Marissa, Ill., and Bob and Sarah Heil of Belleville, Ill.
Paternal grandparents are Jon and Carolyn Hartley of Carbondale, Ill.
