Ralph and Lauren Harr of Green Park announce the birth of their first child, Lilly Cassidy, 20 inches, 7 pounds, 10 ounces.

She was born Oct. 29 at St. Luke’s Hospital.

Maternal grandparents are Angie Cassidy and Lou Clines of St. Louis.

Paternal grandparents are Ralph and JoAnn Harr of St. Louis.
