Tanya and Frank Hagood of St. Charles announce the birth of their first child, Andrew Blake, 19 1⁄2 inches, 5 pounds, 13 ounces. He was born July 31 at Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital.
Elder children are: Sidney, 7, and Jake, 3.
Maternal grandparents are Randy and Linda Pohlmann of Wright City.
Paternal grandparents are Linda Hagood of south county and Frank Hagood of Hillsboro.
