Haefner presents House resolution to Point Elementary

Rep. Marsha Haefner, R-Oakville, presented a resolution to Point Elementary School today — March 2 — recognizing the pride the Missouri House has for Point Elementary being named a Missouri School of Character.

The State Schools of Character program recognizes schools for embedding the Character Education Partnership’s Eleven Principles of Effective Character Education into their daily practices. To become a Missouri School of Character, Point Elementary completed an in-depth application process and site visit by the CEP.
