Gus Dvorak, 74, died April 7.

Born in St. Louis, Mr. Dvorak resided in Oakville.

Mr. Dvorak worked for Stupp Brothers for 22 years and Alberici Construction for 25 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran and served during the Korean War and he was a Fourth Degree member of the Knights of Columbus.

Survivors include his wife, Fleta Dvorak (nee Sickler); daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Don Stauffer; brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Delores Dvorak; mother-in-law, Ollie Mae Sickler; friend, Jim Kimberlin; and two grandchildren. Mr. Dvorak was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Dvorak.

Services were at Queen of All Saints Catholic Church. Visitation was at Kutis South County Chapel. Burial was private.
