Grantwood Village marks 75th anniversary

Grantwood Village marks 75th anniversary

Grantwood Village celebrated its 75th anniversary Saturday with the release of a book about the village’s history written by residents Katy Forand and Kevin Bley. County Executive Charlie Dooley was the keynote speaker at the event, which took place at the Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site. Others attending included 5th District County Councilman Pat Dolan, John Judd of Sen. Jim Lembke’s office and Grantwood Village Trustees Walter Rust and Bob Bess.
