The Kiwanis Club of South County and the Ponderosa Steakhouse at 6516 S. Lindbergh Blvd. are working together to help Feed My People this Christmas season.

They are offering the people who patronize Ponderosa an opportunity to help those less fortunate by taking an ornament off the Kiwanis “Giving Tree” and returning the item specified by Sunday, Dec. 14.

The Kiwanis “Giving Tree” will be decorated for a two-week period from Nov. 28 through Dec. 14.

Just take an ornament off the Kiwanis “Giving Tree,” purchase a new item as specified on the ornament, and return it unwrapped, with the tag attached, under the tree by Dec. 14 so the Kiwanis Club can deliver it to Feed My People in time for its clients to shop for Christmas presents for their family members.
