Donnie and Kelli Gill announce the birth of their child, Chloe Elizabeth, 19¼ inches, 7 pounds, 7 ounces. She was born Feb. 17 at Methodist Hospital.
Maternal grandparents are Bobbi Winans of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Jim and Sandy Winans of Oklahoma City, Okla.
Paternal grandparents are Larry and Marge Hickey of Ava, Ill., and the late Donald Gill Sr.
