Tabitha Frost and Jonathan Lehman of Desoto announce the birth of their second child, Seleena Marie, 20 inches, 8 pounds, 3 ounces. She was born Jan. 7 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center.
Elder child is Hailey May, 41⁄2.
Maternal grandparents are Barbara Sue Frost of Cedar Hill and the late Neil David Rasnic.
Paternal grandparents are Lisa Ann Lehman and Kevin William Lehman of De Soto.
