Jennifer Kay Fowler, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel S. Fowler of Oakville, and Eugene Andrew Cooseman Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene A. Cooseman Sr. of Oakville, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Fowler is a 1999 graduate of Oakville Senior High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in business from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2003. She is a claims representative with the Social Security Administration.

Her fiancé, Cooseman, is a 1997 graduate of Oakville Senior High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in business from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2002. He is an assistant manager with Walgreens.

The couple plan a June wedding.
