The Crestwood Parks and Recreation Department will offer a “Fit 4 Kids’ Class” for youngsters 3 to 6 years.

The class is led by a physical therapist using music, props and imagination, and will involve play and activities to enhance youngsters’ gross motor skills, endurance, coordination and balance. Adult participation is encouraged for the first class.

The class will meet at 9:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning Jan. 16. at the Crestwood Community Center, 9245 White-cliff Park Lane. Register at the center or call (314) 729-4860 for more information.
