Julia Alice Finger, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James W. Finger II of Des Peres, and Justin Scott Fowler, son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel S. Fowler of Oak-ville, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Finger is a 1997 graduate of Villa Duchesne/Oak Hill School. She re-ceived a bachelor of arts degree in com-munications 2001 from DePauw Uni-versity in Greencastle, Ind. in 2001. She is a property manager with Colliers Tur-ley Martin Tucker in Clayton.
Her fiancé, Fowler, is a 1996 graduate of Oakville Senior High School. He re-ceived a bachelor of science degree in finance and marketing from the Uni-versity of Missouri-St. Louis in 2000. He is an account executive with Im-pression Label Co. in Valley Park.
The couple plan a February wedding.
