Lindbergh elementary schools last week participated in the annual Jump Rope for Heart fundraiser to benefit the American Heart Association. Pictured above are fifth-graders at Truman Elementary School, which has raised more than $250,000 for the American Heart Association since it opened as an elementary school in 1992. Truman will become a middle school starting with the 2011-2012 school year.
