Debbie and Doug Ferbet of Barnhart announce the birth of their first child, Shelby Ann, 21½ inches, 7 pounds, 15 ounces. She was born June 25 at St. John’s Mercy Medi-cal Center.

Maternal grandparents are Margaret and Frank Durso of Oakville.

Paternal grandparents are Dianna and Butch Ferbet of Oakville.
