Federer to be guest speaker at GOP meeting

Bill Federer will be the guest speaker at the regional meeting of the Missouri Republican Assembly at 7 p.m. Monday, April 14, at the Cliff Cave Branch County Library, 5430 Telegraph Road.

Federer, who twice has been the Repub-lican Party’s candidate for the 3rd District congressional seat, has announced that he will seek the nomination for a third time.

Incumbent U.S. Rep. Richard Gephardt, D-south county, has announced that he is seeking the Democratic nomination for president.
