Matthew James, left, a freshman at Mehlville High School, recently earned the rank of Eagle Scout. He is an active member of Boy Scout Troop 331 and is its 71st Eagle Scout. Matthew made park benches and planted trees for the Sunset Hills Dog Park. He is the seventh family member to attain the rank of Eagle.
