Samantha Gross, daughter of Richard and Sally Gross of Barnhart, and Christopher Schaeffer, son of Ronald and Sue Schaeffer of St. Louis, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Gross, of Arnold, is a 2009 graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis, where she earned a degree in elementary education. She is employed by the Fox C-6 School District as a teacher.
Her fiance, Schaeffer, is a 2003 graduate of Webster University, where he earned a degree in business. He is employed by Cassidy Turley of St. Louis as a senior accountant.
The couple plan an Oct. 19 wedding at Faith Lutheran Church in St. Louis.
