Christina Roa, daughter of Guillermo and Lora Roa of Raleigh, N.C., and Ross Twele, son of Steve and Debbie Twele of south county, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Roa received a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina and is completing a master’s degree in speech-language pathology from James Madison University in Virginia.
Her fiance, Twele, received a bachelor’s degree from St. Louis University and is pursuing a doctorate in history from the University of North Carolina.
The couple plan a June wedding in St. Louis.
