Ann Cira, daughter of Salvatore and Dorothy Cira of St. Louis, and Mark Manzonelli, son of Carmen and Rita Manzonelli of Orlando, Fla., announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Cira of Oakville is a high school graduate and is employed by Macy’s of St. Louis as an executive administrator.
Her fiancé, Manzonelli, is an engineer and is employed by ASCO Power Technologies Inc., of St. Louis as a senior sales engineer.
The couple have not announced a wedding date.
