Lonnie and Amanda Emmons of Oakville announce the birth of their second child, Karson Kay, 191⁄2 inches, 7 pounds, 13 ounces. She was born June 18 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center.
Elder child is Elizabeth, 31⁄2.
Maternal grandparents are Mike and Cheryl Lomax of south county.
Paternal grandparents are Lonnie and Cheryl Emmons of Oakville.
