Drop off unwanted drugs Saturday, April 27

The St. Louis County and Sunset Hills police departments are participating in the annual National Take Back Initiative from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 27. The SLCPD has 13 locations where anyone can drop off unused, unwanted or found prescription drugs. Local locations are:

Green Park City Hall: 11100 Mueller Road #2, Green Park, 63123

Grantwood Village City Hall: 1 Missionary Ridge, 63123

Marlborough City Hall: 7826 Wimbledon, 63119

South County Precinct: 324 Sappington Barracks, 63125

Sunset Hills Police Department: 3905 S. Lindbergh Blvd., 63127

The DEA will coordinate a collaborative effort with state and local law enforcement agencies focused on removing potentially dangerous controlled substances from our nation’s medicine cabinets. This national take-back day will provide a unified opportunity for the public to surrender expired, unwanted or unused pharmaceutical controlled substances.
