Dr. Jon P. “Phil” Hendricks, 64, died May 31.

Dr. Hendricks was a charitable leader and active in the community. He was a doctor of chiropractic medicine in south county for 38 years.

Survivors include his wife, Theresa Hendricks (nee Wiersch); sons and daughters-in-law, Brian and Robyn Hendricks and Jason and Jessica Hendricks; daughter and son-in-law, Gina and David Quart-uccio; sisters, Marilyn, Linda and Victoria; and four grandchildren. Dr. Hendricks was preceded in death by his parents, Schuyler and Geneva Hendricks.

Services and visitation were at Kutis South County Chapel.

Donations can be made to the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis and Friends of Kids With Cancer.
