Dolores Schaeffer (nee Michel), 89, died Feb. 15 at de Greeff Hospice House.

Born in Glennonville, Mrs. Schaeffer re-sided in Lemay. She was a member of the quilters at St. Martin of Tours for many years.

Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Roland Schaeffer, sons and daughters-in-law, Donald and Wanda Schaeffer and Larry and Marlynn Schaeffer; daughter, Cheryl Schaeffer; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services were at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church. Visitation was at Kutis South County Chapel. Burial was in Jeffer-son Barracks National Cemetery.
