Michael and Mara Della Croce of St. Louis announce the birth of their first child, Joseph, 201⁄2 inches, 7 pounds, 7 ounces. He was born Aug. 10 at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center.

Maternal grandparents are Joseph and Marsha Numi of St. Louis.

Paternal grandparents are Giampiero and Laura Della Croce of St. Louis.
