Kristin Anne Kurmann, daughter of Ed and Carol Kurmann of south county, and Clinton Connely Daniels, son of William F. and Janis Daniels of Leawood, Kan., announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Kurmann is a Mehlville High School graduate. She graduated from Drake University with a bachelor’s degree in education and Maryville University with a master’s degree in gifted education. She is employed by the North Kansas City School District as a gifted education teacher.
Her fiancé, Daniels, is a graduate of Blue Valley High School in Stilwell, Kan. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in English and Emporia State University with a master’s degree in education. He is employed by the Olathe School District in Olathe, Kan., as a language arts teacher.
The couple plan a Dec. 29 wedding.
