The Crestwood Parks and Recreation Department will host a “Splashtacular Summer Kickoff” from 5 to 9:30 p.m. Friday, May 26, at the Aquatic Center at Whitecliff Park, 9245 Whitecliff Park Lane.
The event will offer an enjoyable evening of free family fun with food trucks, games and events, music by Shaggy Sounds and a showing of “The Secret Life of Pets.” The pool will open to the public at 5 p.m. The movie will begin at dusk while everyone is swimming under the stars.
In case of inclement weather, activities will be moved inside the Community Center.
