In honor of International Credit Union Day last Oct. 16, Neighbors Credit Union held its annual Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) Bake Sale.
Neighbors’ employees baked and purchased breads, brownies, cookies, cup cakes, and other sweets to sell to members, staff, and the community for a $1 donation. Proceeds totaling more than $575 were donated to CMN.
“Our bake sale fits perfectly with Credit Union Day because we’re focused on making a difference to their communities,” said Becky Buehl, marketing manager.
