A newly formed group that opposes a city-county merger will conduct its first public meeting this week.
Common Sense for St. Louis will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, at the St. Louis County Library headquarters, 1640 S. Lindbergh Blvd.
Jennifer Bird, a Crestwood resident and activist, founded the group.
In a news release, she encouraged those who plan to attend to bring questions, comments and concerns.
